Chautauqua Heights Manor

Stay at The Manor

While The Manor has been designed as self contained units, The Inn, and La Grange, its unique character is that it translates into a grand resort.

With nine formal bedrooms, three dining rooms, three kitchens, eight entertaining areas, two porches, and too many “flex” spaces to list, The Manor is ideal for large and small group rentals near Chautauqua Lake.

The spaces are uniquely crafted to offer relaxation and engagement, depending on time allocation. Choices vary from curling up on the couch in the library with a book or slipping into a favorite dress to host a dinner party in the ballroom.

The goal in updating the historic property was to design a luxury lake house for those pursuing the comforts of home while on vacation- think “glamping” without the “ping”.

With large windows, high ceilings, and a soothing color palette inspired by nostalgic white wicker furniture, the space is bright and airy. It is stocked with kitchen conveniences. A bar island seating eight, complements the size and use of the space.

Billiards Landing

At the top of a grand staircase is Billiard’s Landing. The pool table, couch, and the unique, inn key cubby were designed for interaction and entertainment. This activity is not available at most other venues.

The Pink Lady

The bedroom features a queen size bed, a private nook with a makeup vanity/ writing desk, and an elegant ensuite bathroom with standup shower. The private nook is ideally suited for a family with small children.

The Barn Room

Inspired by the room’s prior “door to nowhere” reminiscent of The Manor’s original barn structure, this rustic space now features a large, barn-door style window, a queen size bed and flat screen TV. This space can accommodate a pack and play for young children. The soothing color palette and luxury bed linens make it a great place for those of all ages.

The Bridal Suite

The spacious Bride’s Room with a luxurious king size bed, leads to a large suite including two “bonus” or flex rooms, specifically designed with brides in mind, but adaptable for a family. A coffee bar, two comfortable conversation seating areas, a designated makeup vanity, and a spa-worthy English bathtub, enhance the charm and function of this suite. The English bath has a handheld shower, but it is not designed for everyday showering, in which case one of the other bathrooms can be utilized.

Private stairs lead to the “the turret room” or “Mary’s Room” which includes a sleeper sofa. It serves as a great flex space for privacy or contemplation but can easily adapt to serve as a playroom, or child’s sleeping area.

Information about the use of this space for wedding prep can be found here.
