Chautauqua Height Manor is owned and operated by Bedford Property Consultants, a collective of real estate enthusiasts with expertise in textiles, design and architecture, who share a passion for revitalizing structures with historical significance.
The partners have lived, worked and traveled throughout the world, but ultimately gravitated to the Chautauqua area. The goal in refurbishing the Manor property was to breathe new life and energy into the estate so that it could be once again fully appreciated. It was important to maintain the integrity of the authentic features yet update the space with modern amenities and conveniences so that contemporary family members of all ages and preferences can feel at home with comfort and technology.
Unlike many historical properties you may visit, the Manor was designed for interaction and engagement; providing a retreat for those who wish to reconnect with the natural beauty of the outdoors while enjoying the sophistication of interior design.
