We are following all state and local guidelines and regulations as well as suggested COVID-19 cleaning protocols. We are taking extra precautions to prevent the spread of the virus at Chautauqua Heights Manor.

  • Deep cleaning between each group of guests, including sanitization of high touch surfaces and bleaching of all bed linens and towels.
  • Adding “buffer” days between each group of rental guests.
  • Taking extra precautions when renting portions of the manor to prevent overcrowding. This also means that while a portion of the Manor may appear to be available for selected dates on the rental’s availability calendar, we may suggest an alternative property or visit dates based on existing reservations at the Manor.
  • Offering contactless check-in. We will forward all the information needed for access into The Manor. Our team will only arrive at the property if an issue arises during your stay, and will maintain a safe social distance on such occasions.

Due to frequent, and often unexpected changes to guidelines, we ask for patience and flexibility as we navigate how best to keep guests and our staff safe. If there are specific questions or concerns related to COVID-19, we will do our best to resolve issues.

All online reservations at Chautauqua Heights Manor are considered requests until they have been confirmed.

Inquiries to rent the entire Manor (The Inn, The Gallery, and La Grange) or guests requesting to host an event on the property will receive priority. During off seasons (Fall, Winter, and Spring), and occasionally for short periods throughout the Summer, portions of The Manor are available to rent. For an initial quote or to request a reservation, this form should be completed. Upon receiving a request, a member of our management may reach out with additional questions regarding your stay. Confirmation should be received within 48 hours of submitting a request and upon receipt of a deposit. No charges or fees will be rendered until the reservation is confirmed.

Chautauqua Heights Manor is a great venue for weddings, showers, parties, retreats, reunions and business conferences. Some of the property’s ideal event features are enumerated on the Weddings & Events page. 

Chautauqua Heights Manor is dog friendly for well-behaved pups, but your dog must be approved by our management prior to your arrival. Depending on the size, breed, and age of the dogs, we may allow you to bring more than one dog if you are renting the whole manor, or if there are no other canine guests at the property. We do charge a one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $200 per dog.

  • Unless you have reserved the entire Manor property, outside the dogs must be kept on a leash at all times.  
  • The grounds, gardens and walking paths should be kept free of all dog excrement. The woodlands would love to be fertilized. 
  • Chautauqua Heights Manor is a great retreat for animals, too, but we do ask that guests bringing their furry family members should remain mindful of other guests. Barking, property destruction, aggressive behavior, or other disruptive incidents may result in additional fees or dismissal from the property.
  • DOGS ONLY. NO CATS or other pets.

There is a pool on the property that is open seasonally from May to September. The pool can be heated for an additional $100 per week. There will be pool towels available upon arrival, but consider bringing additional beach towels or plan on washing and reusing those provided with your rental.

Pool use is at renters risk. There is no lifeguard. Do not leave children unattended.

We require guests to add a refundable damage deposit to their rental fee. The damage deposit is based on the reserved portion of The Manor, as well as any proposed event. All damage deposits will be fully refunded upon satisfactory inspection of the property after departure.

To receive a full refund, cancellation must occur at least 60 days prior to arrival. Cancellation 30 to 59 days prior to arrival will receive a 50% refund. Cancellation less than 30 days prior to arrival will not receive a refund. To cancel a reservation, email chqheightsmanor@gmail.com.
