Chautauqua Heights Manor sits perched on the hill above Chautauqua Lake in Mayville, NY. The 28-acre property is less than two miles from Chautauqua Lake and the Chautauqua Institution and less than 20 minutes from Lake Erie. In addition to its close proximity to the best that western New York has to offer such as the Lake Erie Wine Trail, there is much to enjoy without leaving the property.

Pool

Whether guests choose to cool off in the heated pool (an additional $100 per week) or soak in the sun on a poolside chaise, they are assured privacy from crowds. (Summer Only)

Walking Trails

Explore miles of private walking trails without leaving the property. Wander around the gardens, walk through fields, or explore the woods. 

Outdoor Entertainment

In addition to several porches and BBQ grills, the property includes two extensive lawns, a garden, a playground, and designated space and equipment for games like croquet and corn hole.

Lake Views

Take in beautiful and unique vistas of Chautauqua Lake from around the property and from many of the rooms in Chautauqua Heights Manor. These views are exceptional. 

Fire Pit

Don’t forget the s’mores. The garden on the property is perfect for campfires. The furniture is appropriate to enjoy all of New York’s beautiful seasons.

Ample Parking

There is ample space to park multiple vehicles in the designated area of the  driveway. It can accommodate large vehicles such as RVs or trailers.

Bedding is of the highest quality and high thread count, similar to what should be expected at a luxury hotel.

In order to assure business guests and savvy travelers access to other worlds, free wireless internet is accessible in every room of The Manor, The Cellar and The Cottage.

Coffee

Each kitchen is stocked with an initial offering of coffee for the coffeemaker.

TV

Guest areas contain at least one flatscreen TV with cable or other streaming options.

Bath Products

All bathrooms are stocked with Aveda shampoo, conditioner and organic oatmeal soap.

Heat & AC

Regardless of the season, each guest area contains a unique combination of heating and cooling systems.

Home Essentials

Each guest area is stocked with supplies to support your comfort and convenience.

Personal Care Appliances

Each guest area is equipped with ironing equipment and a hair dryer.
