The Inn

This portion of the Manor served as the original Inn back in the 1800s. Showcasing many of the home’s original accents, this portion of the Manor brings equal parts historic, rustic charm and bright, modern farmhouse. With four bedrooms, a gourmet kitchen, two sophisticated living rooms, two dining areas, and a covered porch that would make any southerner swoon, the Inn is great for a family vacation or a weekend getaway with friends.

Kitchen Entryway

Paying homage to The Manor’s past, guests experience an equestrian themed entry to The Inn.The spacious light filled kitchen has extensive counters, a full size glass-top stove and oven, a full size fridge and freezer, microwave, toaster, and Nespresso maker, K-cups and coffee included. The space and amenities are conducive to preparing family meals as well as gracious dining.


The Library Living Room

The Library Living Room served as the library in the former Inn. It features walls of books contributed by decades of previous owners. Guests can curl up in this book worm’s paradise. There is a 42″ flatscreen tv with streaming service to enhance internet viewing, and a small desk for personal activities.


The Blue Dining Room

This 6+ person dining room, featuring an original fireplace and mantel, now houses a gas fireplace, which, with the flip of a switch, creates a charming atmosphere. A glorious, spacious, well appointed, covered porch is accessible off the dining room. French doors can open into the dining room of The Gallery, doubling dining capacity. This is a creative option for hosting larger gatherings.


The Gallery Dining Room

The wall-to-wall windows lining two sides of the 6 + person dining space offer a bright, open atmosphere. If requested the French doors can connect this dining room to The Inn. These side-by-side dining rooms offer additional space for additional entertaining.


The Oryx Living Room

The design of this room was inspired by the oryx head mounted over the fireplace, left as historical content by the previous owners. The other fireplace is electric. Plush velvet lounge furniture, paired with wall-to-wall windows, complement the comfort of the indoors with breathtaking outdoor views. A set of French doors open to the grand Ballroom in La Grange.


The Gallery Kitchenette

Considerably smaller than The Manor’s other two full-size kitchens, the kitchenette includes all necessities; a full-size fridge, microwave, Wolfgang Puck Countertop Convection Oven, and a Keurig coffee maker, K-cups included. A stackable washer and dryer fit comfortably.


The Gallery Bedroom

This farmhouse-style bedroom has a queen size bed and ensuite bathroom with a vintage-style English telephone booth standup shower. The original wallpaper and antique furniture convey its history.


The Lilac Room

The design was inspired by the lilac wallpaper. It is a spacious room which offers vistas of the lake as well as the pool area. It is large enough to accommodate a king size bed, a relaxing sitting area, a dressing and vanity area, and an ensuite bathroom with standup shower.


The Equestrian Room

Inspired by the designer’s love of horses, this bedroom includes a queen size bed and elegant equestrian photography. Hermès wallpapered hall bathroom is shared with the Hampton bedroom.


The Hampton Room

This simple farmhouse bedroom contains a double bed, accented with rich wood tones and vintage farmhouse treasures. A locked door provides an option to connect the second story of The Manor, to the hallway in The Bridal Suite in La Grange.


The Porch

The covered porch of The Manor is to be envied whether looking at the expansive lawns or Chautauqua Lake. Lounging on the comfortable conversation couches, taking in the Western New York air from the swing, or enjoying a meal at the bistro table, are enriching experiences. Regardless of the weather, the view from the porch is memorable.
